Client Account Handler

Based in Gloucestershire - Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm

What You'll Be Doing

As an Account Handler, you'll be the key link between our clients and internal teams (production, design, warehouse, service delivery). You'll manage projects from brief to delivery, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

Your role will include:

  • Taking briefs, preparing quotes, and processing orders
  • Coordinating with suppliers, tracking progress, and arranging deliveries/installs
  • Raising client invoices and approving supplier invoices
  • Supporting financial accuracy with key month-end reporting
  • Getting stuck in with general office admin when needed

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent communication skills — you'll be the go-to person!
  • Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and SAGE
  • Good commercial awareness and financial acumen
  • A team player attitude with confidence to work independently
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative
  • A background or understanding in logistics (bonus, not essential)
