Overview

Are you looking to join a dynamic team in the construction industry? We are currently seeking a Clerk of Works on behalf of our client, an established company that values expertise, precision, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze contract drawings, schedules, and documentation provided by consultants and specialists.
  • Review the programme for issuing additional project information.
  • Examine bills of quantities and specifications to ensure project accuracy.
  • Assess the Health and Safety Plan for the site, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Familiarize yourself with relevant British Standards and Approved Codes of Conduct.
  • Establish effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including the Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor, architect, and site management team.
  • Clarify contract standards and expectations with the Employer’s Agent.
  • Provide guidance on materials, construction details, and samples upon request.
  • Organize and document essential project materials for on-site use.
  • Compile findings and project updates in a structured report format.

Experience

  • Understanding of Building Regulations and NHBC Compliance
