A leading housing development organization is seeking a Clerk of Works to support their multi-million-pound housing development program. The role involves inspecting construction works, monitoring site performance, and ensuring compliance with standards. About the roleAs the Clerk of Works your manager will be our Development Manager. You will work 37 hours a week on a permanent basis, working flexibly in the Vico Homes operating area based at our Head Office in Castleford.
As the Clerk of Works you will support the delivery of Vico Homes’ ambitious multi-million-pound housing development programme of 500+ homes per annum, ensuring that new build and regeneration projects are completed to the highest quality and safety standards. This includes overseeing compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and internal procedures. You will work closely with various Development service team members - New Business, Delivery, Sales and Aftercare to provide effective end-to-end project management, with a strong focus on delivering positive outcomes for our customers and communities.
