A leading construction consultancy is looking for a Clerk of Works to oversee multiple residential projects in Lancashire. The successful candidate will conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with building regulations, and liaise with clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and relevant professional qualifications. A Clerk of Works is required to work for an established Quantity Surveying and Property Consultancy. You will be based from home and will be responsible for inspecting and reporting on sites in Lancashire .
The successful Clerk of Works candidate will be responsible for carrying out site inspections across multiple projects, largely within the residential sector and providing reports.
Projects will largely be new build and refurbishment projects and there is strong emphasis within this role towards projects in the residential sector.
As Clerk of Works, you will need to demonstrate an ability in undertaking instructions of building works in progress on new build residential sites. A good knowledge of current Building Regulations and Warranty provider standards is required.
