A leading healthcare provider is looking for a dedicated individual to join the Radiology team as an administrative support. The role involves appointment scheduling, managing enquiries, and providing essential IT and clerical support. Candidates are expected to possess good communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong commitment to teamwork and patient care. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable, along with a GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent position within our ever-expanding, friendly Seacroft CDC Team. This would be an ideal opportunity for someone looking to expand their experience and knowledge in the Trust. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive admin support for the Radiology team, based at Seacroft Hospital.

General duties will include making patient appointments, answering telephone and email enquiries from patients, GPs, and other hospital departments whilst adhering to departmental guidelines and policies.
Candidates will need excellent communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team, to work under minimal supervision, and the ability to meet deadlines. Previous experience of working in an office environment is desirable.
Microsoft Office or equivalent is an essential requirement to undertake this varied and interesting role, along with a GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
Seacroft Radiology is a bustling peripheral department providing x-ray, CT, and ultrasound examinations. There are 2 x-ray suites, 2 CT scanners, and 5 ultrasound rooms on-site at Seacroft, catering for approximately 600 patients per week.
