WHAT IS INVOLVED?
We are looking to appoint a part-time Clerical Officer/Receptionist within Business Services to provide a professional, effective, and efficient reception service and general administrative support to visitors, callers, and users.
15 hours based in Horden on Thursday and Friday.
We seek a professional and enthusiastic team player who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have good communication skills, be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines with high accuracy, be well-organized and flexible, possess good IT skills, and manage changing priorities. Ability to work independently using your initiative is essential. There may be a requirement to work at other locations providing cover if needed.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
You should have a minimum of 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language or Literature, or NVQ Level 2 in a related subject, or equivalent.
The successful applicants will be required to apply for a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Enhanced Disclosure.
