Job Summary

This position is based within Anam Cara, Dementia Respite Unit, Kilbirnie.

The successful candidate will provide a high-quality, customer-focused reception service, handle queries from colleagues, service users, their families, and other professionals, both internal and external, through appropriate communication. Responsibilities include entering, filling, retrieving, and maintaining data in various systems, maintaining confidentiality, organizing meetings and events, taking and transcribing complex minutes, ordering supplies, stock control, processing invoices, handling cash, and ensuring adherence to North Ayrshire Council policies and procedures.
