This position is within our Community Care live monitoring team. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on the live scheduling system, providing high-quality customer service at reception, handling queries from colleagues and customers, managing data securely, producing correspondence and reports, supporting meetings and events, managing supplies and invoices, handling mail, and adhering to Records and Information Management policies. The role is office-based, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern from 07:00 to 16:00.
