Job summary

A leading health service provider is seeking an Admin & Clerical person to join the Patient Flow Team based in Southport Hospital. This full-time position requires interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities include managing inboxes, uploading referrals, and liaising with care facilities.   • Attend team huddles.
  • Perform any ad-hoc admin duties.

We currently have an opportunity for an Admin & Clerical person to join the Patient Flow Team based in the grounds of Southport Hospital.

This a full time 37.5 hrs permanent position and the working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 16.30pm.

This is a busy role so we are looking for a flexible enthusiastic team player with good interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner. Somebody who works well under pressure, understands the importance of prioritising their own workload to meet deadlines whilst working independently and part of busy team

This is an exciting opportunity for somebody to gain valuable experience within the Health Care setting. This post is subject to a standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check.

The successful applicant will need to have knowledge and be familiar with Microsoft Office. Previous experience of working in an office environment, data input skills and the ability to priorities own workload and work to defined timescales. Previous experience within a health care environment would be desirable.
