An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 18.75 hour, part time, permanent Band 2 Clerical Officer to join the Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust. The role is to work within the Hand Therapy, Plastics and Burns Therapy Team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised administrator to join our friendly therapy team. The successful candidate will be working within the team providing support to patients accepted into the Hand therapy, plastics and Burns services. The post involves registering and managing the outpatient referrals, booking in therapy appointments for patients and answering general enquiries from patients. An ability to pay attention to detail is required. Excellent communication and IT skills are essential. You may be requested to input statistics and information from records into a database and using the Trusts systems.
You will be supported by the administrative team leader, however you must also have the ability to plan own workload as appropriate.
Previous experience within an NHS administration role is desirable. Please give evidence of your qualifications in line with the person specification.
