Role - Clerical Officer (Finance)

Location - GCHSCP, Commonwealth House, 32 Albion Street, Glasgow, G1 1LH

Hours - 19 hours per week, work pattern to be discussed with successful candidate

Contract Status - Temporary, up to 21 August 2026

Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP) is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Payment and Charging Team within the Finance department. This is an exciting opportunity to work within Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP). As part of a large and diverse Finance team the key responsibilities of this role are to make payments to our service providers and service users, apply client contributions and issuing invoices.

The Clerical Officer will be responsible for the input and updating of GCHSCPs Care First and SAP client databases. This is a front facing role and the post holder will be required to respond to telephone and email enquiries. You must possess good communication skills, be flexible, organised and proficient in Microsoft Excel with finance and client database experience.

These roles are excepted under Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2013 (as amended).
