Overview

Clerical Officer required for an immediate start working for the Children and Young People\'s Services, based in Banbridge. This is an ongoing temporary position and the successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Family Intervention Team.

Working Hours and Pay

The working hours are 37.5 hrs, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with a pay rate of £12.31 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Provide full administrative support to the Team Leader and other staff within the Gateway Service.
  • Undertake routine administrative duties, including filing, making appointments, maintaining diaries, distributing incoming mail, and receiving calls.
  • Attend meetings at the request of the Team Manager, taking minutes. Minute taking is a critical aspect of this role and therefore minute taking experience is a necessity.
What We Need From You
  • 4 GCSE’s all grade C or above to include English.
  • 1 year administration experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Word.
  • Minute taking is a critical aspect of this role and therefore minute taking experience is a necessity.
  • Full current driving licence and access to a car.
