An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our friendly team as a Clerical Officer, in the Audiology department. This position will be based at Clifton Moor, as part of York and Scarborough Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Work is varied, challenging and patient focused. You will need to have excellent communication skills, and be effective in prioritising workloads, with a flexible and patient centred approach. Working for the NHS can be a rewarding experience with a number of staff benefits.

The post holder will provide support to the Audiology team, by contributing to an efficient and effective service within a very busy environment.
You will work with clear departmental and national procedures, and have responsibility for receiving, maintaining and providing manual and electronic data containing sensitive and confidential information, as well as making appointments for patients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively as part of the wider team.
