Job Responsibilities
  1. Monitoring the Teams inbox daily
  2. Uploading referrals daily
  3. Answering calls and escalating messages to team members
  4. Liaising with care homes and hospitals, including passing on patient confidential information
  5. Using EMIS for patient document retrieval
  6. Printing, scanning, and photocopying
  7. Stationery orders
  8. Attending team huddles
  9. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
Candidate Requirements
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in an office environment and data input skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work to deadlines
  • Experience in healthcare settings is desirable
