Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clerical Officer within the Job Evaluation team based at Lister Street, Crosshouse Hospital on a fixed term or secondment basis until 31st March 2026.
Position 1: 37 hours per week
Position 2: 15 hours per week
What you will do:
You will provide clerical support to the Job Evaluation team, arranging meetings for job evaluation panels and carrying out associated administration, including supporting panels when undertaking matching, entering data in the Job Evaluation system.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
You will need good keyboard skills with experience of working with Word and Excel and have good listening and interpersonal skills for carrying out panel administration.
