- Provide general administrative support to the office team.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to enquiries.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of reports, correspondence and other documents.
- Help with Data entry.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including packages as necessary.
Key Requirements for this Clerical Officer role:
- Any qualifications in office administration or related fields is a plus - although not essential.
- Basic knowledge of office management and administrative processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Package on offer for this Clerical Officer role:
- Salary upto £25,000 DOE
- 20 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
- Monday - Friday - 08:30 to 17:30
