North Lanarkshire Council is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable clerical assistant to provide typing, filing, cash handling, reprographics and reception/telephone support to the school. Moderate clerical/administrative experience is essential; knowledge of Microsoft Office is desirable.
You should be able to prioritise and meet deadlines and work on your own initiative. PVG Scheme membership is required before starting, and the post is temporary until 25 June 2027 with a benefits package
NLC 3 £25,971 to £26,991 (Pro Rata)
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable individual to join the team in ensuring the provision of an efficient & effective clerical support service.You will be required to provide clerical and administrative support to the School. This will include typing, cash handling, filing, reprographic work and reception/telephone duties.
Moderate experience of working within a clerical/administrative environment is essential and knowledge of Microsoft packages is desirable. You should have the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, and the ability to work on your own initiative.
You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role.
This post is temporary until 25 June 2027.
