A local government authority in Ayr is looking for an Administrative Support Assistant to assist the Head Teacher in providing effective clerical support. This temporary position until June 2026 requires efficient management of administrative tasks. The grade is Level 4, and the work style is Office Worker.
The successful candidate will work from a designated office location with the following schedule: Monday 8.45am – 4.30pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 8.30am – 4.15pm, Thursday & Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm.
