Job summary

A local government authority in Scotland is seeking a Clerical Support Assistant to provide general clerical support and manage enquiries related to housing services. Salary: £26,081 - £27,318 per year

Contract Type: Temporary

Hours: 35 hours per week

You will provide general clerical support, process invoices, maintain and update databases and deal with enquiries from members of the public and other stakeholders on a full range of housing services.

Moderate experience of working within a clerical/administrative environment together with good keyboard skills are essential. Experience of dealing with the public, knowledge of Council and Housing Services and customer care training are desirable.

Temporary post will be reviewed 3 monthly.
