Carmondean Primary School in Livingston requires a clerical assistant for its busy school office. The successful candidate would be the front line contact for the school including reception duties, helping with students, parents and visitor queries. The job will include general administration in accordance with defined guidelines and procedures, data Management – assisting with the maintenance of all information kept within the school in accordance with Data Protection requirements, ICT – assist with the implementation of school MIS systems.
This post is considered Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scotland Act 2007. From 28 February 2011 preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by West Lothian Council
