One of our public sector clients is seeking an experienced Administrative temporary worker to join their team as a Case Administrator.
Role Details
- This is an office-based role, with the successful applicant expected to commute to Bath (BA2) daily.
- This is a temporary position until October 2025, with a likelihood of extension.
- Full-time, Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week, approximately 9am - 5pm.
- Pay rate: £12.21 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to allocated cases from designated staff/teams within the offender tagging & monitoring department.
- Set up and maintain accurate information on internal databases.
- Manage spreadsheets and liaise with various departments and agencies to gather necessary information.
- Handle telephone queries from service users and internal/external bodies.
- Receive and distribute relevant information appropriately.
- Set up video links with prisons.
- Maintain Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word.
- Liaise with offenders to organize appointments.
- Provide reception cover when required.
- Adhere to policies regarding sensitive and confidential information.

- The successful candidate will be subject to a basic record check similar to a DBS check.
