Job description

One of our public sector clients is seeking an experienced Administrative temporary worker to join their team as a Case Administrator.

Role Details
  • This is an office-based role, with the successful applicant expected to commute to Bath (BA2) daily.
  • This is a temporary position until October 2025, with a likelihood of extension.
  • Full-time, Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week, approximately 9am - 5pm.
  • Pay rate: £12.21 per hour.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to allocated cases from designated staff/teams within the offender tagging & monitoring department.
  • Set up and maintain accurate information on internal databases.
  • Manage spreadsheets and liaise with various departments and agencies to gather necessary information.
  • Handle telephone queries from service users and internal/external bodies.
  • Receive and distribute relevant information appropriately.
  • Set up video links with prisons.
  • Maintain Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word.
  • Liaise with offenders to organize appointments.
  • Provide reception cover when required.
  • Adhere to policies regarding sensitive and confidential information.
