A rare and exciting opportunity to join an award-winning Northwest business as Sales Consultant (New Living Spaces).

Clearview Home Improvements is the UK’s No.1 retail installer of high-quality home improvement products spanning contemporary extensions, conservatories, orangeries, replacement roofs, windows, and doors in both UPVC and aluminium. Due to our continued success, we are expanding our sales operation and are looking for a talented Sales Professional to join our team across the Northwest, including Cheshire, Warrington, and Preston, who can flourish within a very unique direct sales environment.

Responsibilities
  • Visit customers’ homes to establish their “New Living Space” design requirements.
  • Interpret requirements into a design solution modelled using bespoke software.
  • Work within a hands-on consultative sales culture to convert designs into customer solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive a consistent, high volume of qualified appointments.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Full driving licence and car owner status is required.
  • Background in sales or the home improvement industry is not essential; candidates from diverse backgrounds (e.g., teaching, engineering, armed forces, architecture, law) are encouraged to apply.
  • Full training will be provided, including product, design, and software training.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Uncapped commission with an average estimated earnings (OTE) of £50k–£100k.
  • A generous training allowance and multi-channel marketing budget to support appointment generation.
  • Autonomy to work around lifestyle needs in a self-employed opportunity following a 3-month training period.
