A leading global financial institution is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a multi-year transformation programme focused on Treasury Cash and Repo Clearing. This role sits within the front office COO transformation team and involves high-impact regulatory work across multiple business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a product workstream to define and implement business requirements within regulatory deadlines.
• Manage project plans, RAID logs, and execution tracking across deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, and Legal.
• Define and drive client migration strategies for US Treasury Bonds (Cash and Repo).
• Engage with Clearing Houses to shape clearing models.
• Work with large data sets to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 8 years' experience in project management within Tier 1 banks or top consulting firms.
• Proven track record in regulatory projects and transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of markets products, trading environments, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience working with Front Office stakeholders (Trading, Sales, Risk, Legal).
• Familiarity with clearing processes, CCP models, and booking model changes.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
