Job summary

HIRANI is seeking a diligent Cleanroom Microbiologist to join our manufacturing team. You will collect samples from pharmaceutical cleanrooms and record data into our database system, contributing to QA processes.

The role involves rotating 8- or 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, with full training provided. Candidate requirements include GCSE English and Maths grade C or above, strong communication, and excellent time management and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths grade C or above (or equivalent).
• Excellent oral and written communication demonstrated on application and tests.
• Strong time management and organised approach required.
• Ability to work unsupervised using own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Sampling of pharmaceutical cleanrooms.
• Recording data onto a database system.
• Recommissioning and reclassification testing; DOP testing of HEPA filters; identification of isolates from cleanrooms.
