Impact Recruitment Services is hiring Lab Technicians for a leading advanced manufacturing business near Towcester. The role offers a starting salary of £35,000 with full training from day one and a permanent contract.

No prior lab experience is required, as comprehensive training will cover all processes and equipment in a cleanroom environment. Ideal candidates will bring attention to detail, good teamwork and basic computer literacy, and be willing to work a 4 on/4 off continental shift

Qualifications

• No laboratory experience required; full training will be provided from day one.
• Candidates with experience in manufacturing, production or engineering are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture precision products within a cleanroom environment.
• Operate specialist production equipment.
• Complete detailed visual inspections using microscopes and inspection tools.
• Record production data accurately using internal computer systems.
• Follow detailed manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet production and quality targets.
