£12.82 per hour
6 hours per week – 9.30am – 11am Tuesday to Friday
We have an opportunity for a Cleaning Technician to join our Estate Services team in Chesham. This is a lone working position. You will be carrying out communal cleaning at Town Bridge Court. Daily duties include cleaning communal areas, including stairs, lifts, toilets, and kitchens. You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels and relaying any issues to the Scheme Manager and Service Delivery Manager.
We are looking for a team player with the ability to provide a high-quality service which meets the needs of the customers. There is some flexibility with working hours as long as 6 hours are completed over 4 days.

The full time equivalent salary for this role is £26,666 based on 40 hours per week
