Responsibilities

• Deliver cleaning to required standards and meet all SLA agreements while adhering to schedules.
• Follow training and work within a team and under supervision.
• Maintain designated area to an agreed level of cleanliness in line with the contract and SLAs.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept clean, well maintained and safe to use.
• Report any maintenance needs identified during cleaning tasks.
• Build positive relationships with customers and seek ways to continuously improve service delivery.
