Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Cleaning Operative to ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all SLAs

You will work in a designated area, follow Health and Safety requirements, and complete training to deliver the cleaning role, either within a team or on your own initiative, while building strong relationships with customers and striving for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.

Responsibilities

• You will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
• You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
• You'll be part of a team and can work under your own initiative.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
