A leading company seeks a part-time Cleaning Team Leader to oversee cleanliness across its properties. You will manage staff performance while ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards. The role includes night shifts in a 7-on, 7-off pattern, with immediate start available.
Who we are looking for
A Cleaning Team Leader responsible for overseeing cleanliness across our property portfolio, monitoring, assessing, and developing staff performance to support the company's operations.
You will work with the Facilities Services Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure high standards of cleaning, timely completion of tasks, and compliance with Health and Safety guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have previous team management experience, as staff performance and development are crucial aspects of this role.
This is a part-time position with night shifts following a 7-night on, 7-night off pattern, from Monday to Sunday, with immediate start available after recruitment.
Work hours typically are Monday 18:00–03:30 and Tuesday to Sunday 18:00–03:00.
Applicants must provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK from day one.
