Job summary

Haven is seeking an Accommodation Cleaning Coach at Weymouth Bay Holiday Park in Weymouth, Dorset. This part-time seasonal role requires leading a cleaning team to ensure caravan, lodge, chalet, or apartment is clean and welcoming for new arrivals.

You’ll conduct quality checks, train and motivate staff, and maintain safe, compliant operations while delivering Haven’s high standards. Training and support are provided. Bank holidays and school holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping; leadership experience valued but training provided.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team with good communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Flexibility to work bank holidays and school holidays, as required.
