A regional law enforcement agency is looking for a part-time Cleaning Team Leader based in Washington. This role involves managing cleaning supervisors across various locations, ensuring service standards and Health and Safety regulations are met. Candidates should have experience supervising staff, strong leadership skills, and be able to travel between sites with a valid UK driving licence. This position offers a salary of £32,874 - £35,772 pa pro rata with mileage costs reimbursed.
Salary: £32,874 - £35,772 pa pro rata (Please note it is Northumbria Police policy to appoint at the beginning of the band)
Location: Based in Washington however managing staff in Gateshead, South Tyneside and Sunderland and will be expected to travel to all locations forcewide.
Hours/Contract: Part Time Permanent, Monday and Tuesday 7am – 3pm

This is a job share role with another Cleaning Team Leader who works Wed, Thurs and Fri.
This role involves travel, so you'll need access to your own car. Don’t worry—mileage costs are reimbursed!
This is a varied role where you’ll also provide support to staff across the force. You’ll need be flexible in your approach and able to manage a variety of people in different roles.
