Job Title: Cleaning Team Leader

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Team Leader to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our cleaning staff. The ideal candidate will:

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency across all assigned areas
• Motivate and guide the team to deliver excellent service

Requirements include:

• Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment

In this role, you will:

• Ensure equipment is clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
• Meet all agreed SLAs
• Build knowledge of the cleaning area and equipment used, following Health and Safety requirements
• Undertake necessary training
• Work within a team and independently
• Build positive relationships with customers and deliver excellent customer service

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory and cleaning experience, good communication skills, be reliable and hardworking, with a professional attitude, and able to work to a schedule independently.
