Job summary

Haven is seeking an Accommodation Cleaning Coach to lead a housekeeping team across caravans, lodges, chalets and apartments. You will coach staff, perform quality checks, and ensure spaces are spotless and ready for new arrivals.

Training is provided, with opportunities for progression and a variety of on-park duties. The role is part-time/seasonal, offering up to £13.71 per hour, with flexibility to cover bank and school holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning/housekeeping, as a Team Leader or Supervisor, is valued but not essential; training provided.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team with good communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Flexibility to work bank holidays and school holidays, as required.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach your team to deliver impeccable standards, ensuring guest accommodations are pristine and welcoming for new arrivals.
• Conduct quality checks of each unit, offering constructive feedback and support to maintain high standards.
• Ensure cleaning tools and supplies are used safely and stored correctly.
• Maintain a safe, compliant environment in line with company policies.
