Job summary

Haven is seeking an Accommodation Cleaning Coach in the United Kingdom. You will lead, support and train a team of cleaners to ensure our guest accommodations are pristine, welcoming, and ready for new arrivals.

This part-time, seasonal role requires coaching, conducting quality checks, and ensuring safety and compliance with company policies. Shifts are on Mondays and Fridays, with pay up to £13.71 per hour and access to Haven facilities and team discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping, with ability to lead a team and guide others to maintain high standards.
• Strong communication skills to motivate and train staff.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Flexible to work during bank holidays and school holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach the team to deliver impeccable standards and ensure accommodations are pristine and ready for new arrivals.
• Conduct quality checks and provide feedback, support, and assistance to maintain high standards.
• Ensure cleaning tools and supplies are used safely and stored properly.

Requirements

• - Experience in cleaning or housekeeping, as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Cleaner,is valued but not essential; we provide training.
• - Ability to lead and motivate a team withgood communicationskills.
• - High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• -Good timemanagement and organisational skills.
• - Flexibility to work bank holidays and school holidays, as required.
