Job summary

The Cube London invites applications for a Cleaning Team Leader to supervise day-to-day cleaning operations at THE CUBE, Canary Wharf. You will lead a team to maintain spotless, safe, and welcoming spaces for guests and staff in a fast-paced entertainment venue.

The role requires at least one year in cleaning with supervisory experience and knowledge of health and safety standards. You will manage schedules, training, and day-to-day tasks, ensuring excellent standards across all areas, including

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year cleaning experience.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred.
• Experience within hospitality, leisure, or high-volume venues.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and cleaning standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the cleaning team during shifts.
• Allocate tasks and ensure cleaning schedules are completed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all customer and back-of-house areas.
• Regularly inspect and maintain toilet facilities.
• Support venue operations through table clearing, glass collection, and housekeeping.
• Monitor cleaning stock levels and report shortages.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH procedures.
• Escalate maintenance, cleanliness, and safety issues to management.
• Assist with opening, closing, and deep cleaning duties.
• Support the training and onboarding of new team members.

Role Description

The Cleaning Team Leader is responsible for leading the cleaning team and maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the venue.
