Job summary

ISS Facilities Services is seeking a Cleaning Team Leader in London to oversee and deliver a world-class housekeeping service. You will lead a small team, plan cleaning operations, and ensure high standards of quality while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will manage schedules, supervise daily tasks, and drive excellent customer service for site users. This role is part-time with evenings, offering a hands-on leadership opportunity in a fast-paced facility environment.

As a Cleaning Team Leader with ISS UK, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class housekeeping service, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

The Role

Plan, organise, and coordinate cleaning operations to meet financial and performance targets

Lead by example with a passion for customer service and strong, inspiring leadership

Set and maintain high standards for yourself and your team

Create and manage cleaning schedules for your team

Deliver an exceptional level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility

Carry out general cleaning duties, including offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, vacuuming, and mopping

Use all cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly

Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and company standards
