Anabas (UK 2) Ltd is recruiting a Cleaning Operative to supervise the day and evening cleaning team at a prestigious London client site. The role runs Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 20:00, ensuring the workplace is clean, safe and presentable at all times.

The successful candidate will lead a professional cleaning team, have previous supervisory Cleaning experience, and demonstrate reliability, punctuality and strong English communication. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day and evening cleaning operatives.
• Follow approved cleaning processes and industry standards.

• Perform additional duties within cleaning scope.
• Assist colleagues to deliver excellent service.
• Cover adhoc tasks for events and requests.
• Inspect facilities and audit cleaning standards.

The Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivatedCleaning Operativeto join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in London . Working as part of our professionalcleaning team, you will play a key role in ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, and presentable at all times.

Main Duties

• To supervise the day and evening cleaning operatives.
• Carry out cleaning duties following agreed processes, systems of work, and industry standards.
• Take ownership of the quality of your work within your allocated tasks.
• Respond to problems or queries promptly and effectively.
• Provide assistance in line with the service level agreement and instructions from your Manager
• Perform any additional duties required within the cleaning scope.
• Support colleagues where needed to deliver an excellent service.
• Ensure adhoc tasks are covered for regularly meeting requests and company events.
• Inspect facilities regularly and run audits to fix any cleaning shortfalls.
• Make sure teams follow health and safety rules and use protective gear correctly.
