Cleaning Supervisor - The Vale Federation

Location: Aylesbury

Term time only: Yes

Salary Type: Bucks pay

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday: 14.15 to 18.15

About us

At Booker Park School we look for all our young people to be successful learners enabling them to achieve in a caring and supportive environment. The school is a member of the Vale Federation of Special Schools, together with the secondary school Stocklake Park, and its post-16 site Harding House.

Reporting directly to the Premises Manager, the candidate will be responsible for supervising the cleaning teams across both of the schools, including liaising with contractors, to ensure all cleaning is completed to the highest standards, delivering a clean and safe environment for all our pupils, staff and visitors.

Coordinating the cleaning supplies stock and supporting the ordering process are key requirements, hence attention to detail and accuracy of reporting will be required.

About you

The successful candidate will be someone who is committed to completing a job to a high standard, and is able to observe and adhere to the Health & Safety, First Aid and Emergency procedures.

Experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage.
