Job description

Cleaning Supervisor
Public Conveniences (Multiple Sites)

Salary: £29,173 - £33,287
Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks

Working hours are:

Four on four off rotational shift pattern.

Shift times: 10am until 9pm (1.5 hour unpaid break)

The supervisor will be responsible for cleaning teams across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include allocating routine tasks, handling arising matters, escalating concerns, and reporting unresolved issues to the Locality Hub Team Leader.

The supervisor ensures general cleaning is performed per the Service Level Agreement, under the direction of the Locality Hub Team Leader, and that cleaning materials and equipment are used safely.

Additional duties include conducting routine audits, site inspections, reporting machinery faults, and managing stock control and orders.

A full clean driving licence is essential.

This role is vital for maintaining safe and clean facilities across our estate, supporting a secure and flexible work environment with competitive pay and benefits.
