Job Type: Full-time - 1.45pm - 745 pm

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff activities to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Train new cleaning staff members on proper cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
  • Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to team members, ensuring all areas are cleaned according to established standards and schedules.
  • Inspect work performed by cleaning staff to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs for cleaning equipment.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints regarding cleaning services.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and update cleaning protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for cleaning staff and provide feedback for improvement.
