Overview

Cleaning Supervisor / Driver - Bournemouth, Dorset. Enjoy varied hours, company van provided, paid travel and the chance to work across multiple sites in the UK.

You will be paid from the moment you leave your house until you arrive back home.

We're currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to drive a group of cleaners to clean construction sites across the UK. You will pick up cleaners from their locations in Bournemouth, Dorset, drive them to site, supervise the cleaning, and drive everyone back home from sites in locations such as London, Bristol, Weymouth, etc.

Responsibilities

• Pick up cleaners from their locations in Bournemouth, Dorset
• Transport the team to construction sites across the UK
• Supervise cleaning activities on site, ensuring work meets safety and quality standards
• Drive the team safely back home at the end of the day
• Report any site issues or team concerns to management promptly

Requirements

• Full UK driving license
• CSCS card preferred but not essential
• Previous experience supervising a team, ideally in cleaning or construction environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexibly and travel extensively across the UK
