We are now looking for a Cleaning Supervisor / Domestic Assistant Supervisor to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week.

As a Cleaning Supervisor / Domestic Assistant Supervisor, you will:

- Oversee and guide the cleaning team with daily direction and pastoral care
- Maintain and report cleanliness standards across all communal and private areas
- Personally carry out cleaning and laundry duties, setting a tone of excellence and service
- Organise staff rotas, cover absences, and ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist in hosting residential guests during the summer period

To be considered for this role, you will need:

- Experience in a similar cleaning or domestic services role
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- A caring, can-do attitude and the ability to lead by example
- Discretion, confidentiality and a respectful presence in a seminary environment

The closing date for this role is 22nd May 2025.

Interviews will be held week commencing 26th May 2025.
