Job summary

Compass Group UK&I Medirest is recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee healthcare cleaning operations on a full-time basis (42 hours per week). You will manage a frontline team, ensure hygiene standards, and support daily service in NHS trusts and private hospitals.

The role rewards a can-do attitude, strong communication, and resilience under pressure. You’ll handle shift rotas, stock orders, training, and safety compliance with opportunities for career progression.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervise a team and create a positive, welcoming environment.

• Produce weekly rotas and place stock orders to maintain levels.
• Delegate tasks and ensure the team stays proactive.
• Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 42 hours per week. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. • Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly

• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
