Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a hard-working Cleaning Supervisor to manage a busy Swansea site on a full-time basis. You’ll oversee a frontline team, ensure deliveries are checked and stored, and uphold high hygiene and safety standards while maintaining great customer service.

This role is anchored at 40 hours per week with a 50.2 week per year pattern. The role includes rota planning, stock orders, and being a trusted key holder, with training and career progression opportunities through

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
• Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service.
• Team player and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team and creating a positive environment for staff.
• Ensuring deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain correct levels.
• Producing weekly rotas following manager guidelines.
• Being a responsible key holder and supporting health & safety.
• Assisting with weekly book work and other duties as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. • Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
• Being a responsible key holder
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
  Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
• Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
• Team player and can-do attitude
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
