Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Scotland is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a cleaning team across multiple client sites, delivering high standards and meeting SLA expectations.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensure health and safety procedures, and manage schedules with reliability and a client-focused attitude. This is a full-time, permanent role based at Scottish Water, Stepps.

Rate of Pay: £14.40 Per Hour

Contract: Permanent

Type of Employment: Full Time

Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week

Location: Scottish Water, 5 Buchanan Gate, Stepps, Lanarkshire, Scotland, G33 6FB

Role Responsibilities

• Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment, training, and development
