Games Workshop Group PLC is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our busy Cleaning Team. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure high standards across shifts, and adapt cleaning activities to business needs with clear communication and attention to detail.
The role covers East Midlands and Nottingham sites including East Midlands Gateway and Lenton Head Office, requiring weekly site visits. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are beneficial.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our busy, friendly and talented Cleaning Team.
You will be responsible for ensuring the team is consistently maintaining standards throughout their shift, regulating their knowledge and awareness of the business needs at all times.
This key role requires a keen eye for detail and a dedication to achieving the highest levels of quality at all times. Ideally you will have some previous experience within a similar role and be able to manage your team effectively, to ensure that all areas within your remit are sparkling! Using your excellent communication skills you will maintain open communication channels with all members of the team, listening, asking the correct questions, gaining insight and reacting to any issues that may arise.
This position covers our East Midlands and Nottingham Games Workshop sites, including East Midlands Gateway and the Lenton Head Office. Therefore, travelling is an essential part of this role as all sites will need to be visited on a weekly basis. Bus routes are available however, a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle will be beneficial.

This is a full time role, working 39 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 11:00 till 19:00
