Job summary

Grosvenor Casinos, part of the Rank Group, is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and maintain a safe, welcoming casino environment. You will supervise daily operations, ensure hygiene standards, and support management in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

We value a positive attitude, reliable cleaning experience and the ability to communicate effectively with team members. Night shifts and weekend work are required in this 24/7 venue.

Qualifications

• Solid cleaning experience and a sharp eye for detail.
• Strong communication, time management and teamwork skills.
• Confidence with using various cleaning equipment.
• NVQ in cleaning or supervision is a plus; flexibility to work 24/7.
• Must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily cleaning operations across the venue.
• Coach the team to deliver top-tier cleaning standards and customer experience.
• Support management in maintaining hygiene compliance and a welcoming environment.
• Be flexible to cover night shifts and weekends in a 24/7 casino environment.

Skills & Experience Needed:

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a positive attitude, solid cleaning experience, confidence using various equipment, and a sharp eye for detail.

Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills are essential - and an NVQ in cleaning or supervision is a plus.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
