Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Paddington

Days: Monday - Friday

Monday 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Tuesday - Thursday 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Friday 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We are currently recruiting a full-time Cleaning Supervisor to join our cleaning and facilities team for Government Services, contracted for 23.5 hours per week. As part of our dedicated Cleaning team, you will help deliver our promise to create the best experiences for our clients and customers. Your key responsibilities may include:

• Checking and storing all deliveries promptly and correctly
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where team members feel welcomed and supported
• Assisting with weekly administrative tasks and other duties as necessary
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Placing orders to maintain stock levels
• Delegating tasks and ensuring the team remains proactive
• Ensuring compliance with Hygiene standards
• Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety regulations

Our ideal Cleaning Supervisor will:

• Have previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment
• Possess good communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service
