Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Cheshire, WA16 9EU

Hours of work: 40hrs per week
Working Pattern: Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00 (with some flexibility for cover)

Contract Type: Permanent
Hourly Rate: £14.53 - £14.54

Monday–Friday 40hrs per week

As a Cleaning Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

Our newly transformed Global Technology Centre is the hive of innovation and technology for our high-profile client. The campus is in the heart of the Cheshire countryside offering a blend of ultra-modern working environment in historically significant, manicured 65 acre estate. The Role
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure smooth operation
  • Provide guidance and support as needed
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Ensure the highest standards of work activity both from self and the team
  • Assist in training new employees and conducting performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with other shift supervisors to ensure seamless transitions between shifts
  • Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, respect and professional growth
About You
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to drive team performance through motivation and effective leadership techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A can-do hands-on attitude to the role
  • Organised with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • To flex and cover other supervisors if required
  • Must hold a UK driving licence for at least 12 months and have own transport as site is not available without
