Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

We are recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor. Excellerate Services UK is an award-winning, quality-driven contract cleaning & support services specialist with an innovative approach to delivering value-engineered Soft FM solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance is maintained at all times.
• Wear the provided uniform carefully, keeping it clean and ironed.
• Manage all-round cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Train staff and assist in meeting client cleaning expectations professionally.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Adhere to health and safety and COSHH regulations.
• Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and report to your supervisor.
• Be flexible to work additional hours to cover holiday and sickness absences.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of written and spoken English, essential for health and safety on sites.
• Previous management experience and ability to train staff.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and COSHH.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Additional Information:

• Working hours: 24 hours, 5 days a week, including weekends.
• Holiday entitlement: 20 days + 8 bank holidays (pro-rata).
